All students who attend University of Houston – Main Campus, UH-D, TSU, and HCC are eligible to apply for accommodation at Cambridge Oaks. This includes research assistants and full-time, part-time, undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Cambridge Oaks is a pet-friendly community. Please refer to our Pet Addendum for specific information regarding pets.

The Village hosts a diverse range of residents from all over the world and across the United States, and we see this as a true strength of our community. To ensure fairness, we don't give preference to any group over others. Therefore we encourage all applicants to submit the relevant forms as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Our units are unfurnished, however we still provide you with a full sized kitchen with a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer with an icemaker, and garbage disposal.

If you'd like to share an apartment with a friend, please specify this on your roommate matching form. Given our high demand, we can't guarantee to fulfill all requests, but we'll definitely try our best to accommodate you.

The earlier you and your friend apply, the easier it is for us to assign you to the same apartment.

Cambridge Oaks allows all residents to have a vehicle free of charge and institutes a parking permit system. All residents must have a University of Houston parking permit in order to receive a Cambridge Oaks permit. There is ample parking throughout the property. All vehicles will be registered in order to receive a parking permit as a Cambridge Oaks resident.

We do provide a roommate matching service at Cambridge Oaks. Please fill out the roommate matching form and submit it to our offices in order to take advantage of this free service.

Wi-Fi is available to residents throughout the entire community. An ethernet connection is also available for free in each bedroom.

Cambridge Oaks is located on the corner of Cullen and Wheeler on campus at the University of Houston. It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to the University Center and just 2 minutes to walk to Robertson Stadium on game days!

We also have a University shuttle that stops in front of our community that can take you to your classes.

Cambridge Oaks offers Full 12-month leases, Academic 9-month leases, 7-month Spring/Summer leases, 4-month Spring leases, and 3-month Summer leases.

As a resident if you have maintenance request you can call the office at 713.748.2606 to provide your name, unit number, request, and call back number or you can file a maintenance request online through your resident portal.
